* A large hall and rooms for conferences, bible studies, medical consultation and evangelistic activities
* A Library, Christian video and audio cassette ministry and,
* A fitness and recreational center
* A computer center that will provide:
  1. Research facilities
  2. Fax and email facilities
  3. Telephone services
  4. Photocopying of lectures and notes.

The youths of our nation are at the brink of a generation catastrophe: No employment, poverty, AIDS, moral decadence, sudden death. A very bleak future. Be it social, educational, physical or spiritual. We are burdened by what we see, and convinced by scripture to be a catalyst for a positive and lasting change. We have been led by the Lord to extend our ministry plan to the universities. To date, we have carried out some evangelistic, social, economic and discipleship activities in some of the campuses of our eight national universities. These activities included:

   Impacting Cameroon's Future Leaders
  1. Offering meager scholarships to some University students
  2. Providing lodging in rented quarters to some of the poor and desperate
  3. Carrying out regularly student rallies in and around the campuses in order to warn them against promiscuity, sexually transmissible diseases and to bring them the gospel of salvation.
  4. Being a catalyst for university outreaches, as well as provide financially and materially.
Group of Students
These young people attend Bethel church to celebrate the change from within them wrought by Jesus Christ. This same power can change their society through them. Bethel Church, Douala, was founded by the late Charles Kwemle Wesley, a close missionary partner of Bread For Life.
Project Summary
Dr. Shu estimates that less than 10% of the population of Cameroon West Africa identify themselves as born-again Christians. Corruption at higher political and economic levels appears to stymy economic development efforts. By investing in future leaders, we hope to impact Cameroon with the changing power of the Gospel!
